1. Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. underwear), and gift cards are non-returnable.

3. Return Process

  • Email us at support@syleena.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
