1. Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items, hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. underwear), and gift cards are non-returnable.
3. Return Process
- Email us at support@syleena.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Exchanges
- We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
